PARAMETERS:

BoardId : board ID returned by el_OpenHW

Value : Output value

DESCRIPTION: This function is used to reset available output lines on the hardware. Each bit of Value

refers to an output line. Therefore, all bits set in Value reset the correspondent output line.

RETURN VALUE:

0 if OK

-1 if ERROR. See el_GetErrorCode for details.
